L'accès au lac est juste parfait. Nous avions l'impression d'avoir le lac pour nous seul (mois de juin). La vue est a coupé le souffle de la terrasse mais aussi des chambres au réveil. La facilité pour se garer. La fluidité de la communication pour les entrées/sorties.

Most people would say that I live in paradise in the Bradenton/Sarasota, Florida area. We have beautiful pristine beaches with warm Gulf waters, outstanding shopping, restaurants, world famous Opera, theater and museums but my residence does not have the tranquility, natural beauty of the French Alps and crystal clear waters of Lac Annecy. The apartment is well maintained, very clean, full kitchen with a new refrigerator, an upgraded bathroom with a walk-in shower. We ate most meals on the large terrace over looking the lake and Duingt castle. One can truly relax here and renew their spirit and energy. If you are a cyclist, the bike trails are safe and stretch around the lake. If you are into hot air ballooning or paragliding this is the place to be. The small quaint medieval village of Duingt is a safe short walk with all alley ways leading to an outstanding boulangerie with award winning breads and pastries. We could have stayed for two months and look forward to returning next August. Your staff was very helpful!

Location, location, location and of course location ! Where do you find a place where you can enter lake Annecy from your (stunningly) large balcony with amazing views. The apartment is large with two double bedrooms and a lovely living room with a large tv. What a nice place you have! The location is simply stunning ! Highly recommended !
