😊: The accessibility to the town and sight seeing was excellent. The kitchen was reasonably equipped.. 😢: Lack of delivery. We contacted Frederic to let him know the washing machine was not working - the entire reason we opted for THIS apartment. We were strung along for nearly 2 days, before they let us know they would not be able to repair an apparently known problem. We also mentioned the toaster was not working properly. The TV remote didn't work, as the batteries were flat and the freezer compartment had so much ice in it, that it was virtually unusable. We did not mention the last two to Frederic, as he kept telling us to let him know if there were problems and then ignoring us, or making excuses. We decided he must be AI. Additionally, we had people knocking on our door and insisting that Frederic must be there and they needed access to their accommodation. They even tried to walk in. As my wife had just come out of the shower, this was very much not welcome. The damp air, despite the continuous dehumidifier made my wife's asthma play up and she was so irritated by the shower spraying water all over the floor and having to mop every time we used the shower..

😊: This was a lovely property. Very spacious, kitchen very well equipped. Supermarket 2 minutes away. A lovely little bar at the end of the street. The owners left a lovely bottle of wine and some snacks which were very well received. The communication was excellent. Highly recommended in terms of location, space and comfort!. 😢: The property opens straight onto the street from the loungeroom so it can be a little noisy at times but this would not stop us staying there again. It is worth noting that the property asks for a 400 Euro bond or at least an imprint of your credit card - similar to if you stay in a hotel. They also charge if you would like to check in early..

😢: All instructions were in French; host didn’t seem inclined to help us understand..

😊: Very good location, easy to walk around Avignon. The temperature was very high when we were staying and we managed to keep reasonably cool in apartment with the fan and dehumidifier .. although in such high temperatures that need emptying twice a day.. 😢: This might sound silly but the towels were thin and old clearly had been washed hundreds of times. However we were offered more towels if we needed them..

😊: Wonderful spacious apartment well placed to explore Avignon. Even though we didn't meet Frédéric, he is a friendly and responsive host..
