😊: Extremely spacious townhouse but unfortunately that’s where the praise ends.. 😢: Where do I start - they only provided 2 toilet rolls for accommodation that fits 8 people and has 3 bathrooms. We had no hot water for 2 days (for a 3 night stay) - messaged the manager (as it was a weekend) but had no response. Luckily my husband, brother-in-law and father in law were handy and worked it out. When she finally responded to my email she really wasn’t that sympathetic given we’d had no hot water for 2 days. What else? Dead bugs on the wall. Towels that were about only as big as hand towels. Tiny shower curtain that didn’t fit the shower. No laundry detergent (not even a sample size). It was like a day’s drive to get out of the complex which by itself wouldn’t have been a big deal but with everything else just added to the inconvenience. No communication about how to check out - had to contact her to find out. Just no care really. Worst place we stayed during our 4 week trip. It’s a shame as it could have been great. But perhaps that’s what happens when the actual owner is not the host..
