😊: It’s a lovely old farmhouse in a good location for easy early access to the channel tunnel. It has lots of space.. 😢: Only one tiny downstairs toilet. In spite of the house being old it felt empty and sad..

😊: Nothing, the booking was cancelled an hour before we arrived. The host had double booked. They said that Booking.com did bot tell them we were coming until 7pm even though it was booked and paid for at 9 am that day.. 😢: See above. Plus they host said that also list their property on Airbb and another family booked it at 1pm. As they did not receive confirm from Booking.com until 7pm they gave the booking to the Air bb family. We had been driving for over 12 hours with 3 children and couldn't find anywhere else to stay Neither Booking.com or the host were bothered. It was not there problem..
