Magnifique Le gîte est d'une beauté et d'un confort remarquable.une vrai petite maison ! Il est comme neuf.on avait peur de casser quelque chose a l'intérieur.le choix des couleurs et la décoration est magnifique comme sur les photos !! Pour un séjour au calme il est parfait. Les gérants sont a l'écoute et d'une très grande gentillesse ! Il est climatisé et nous a apporté un grand confort durant ces grandes chaleurs !! Je recommande vivement ce gite !!!

A lovely, quiet countryside escape A very nicely appointed one bedroom house with a huge bathroom (separate shower and tub) and lots of kitchen amenities including a full sized fridge with a big freezer. The hosts were very friendly and kind, and patient with my limited French. The location is in a tiny village, but not far away from supermarkets, bakeries etc. The drive into Lyon takes about an hour in the morning, less after traffic has died down. I was unlucky that it was terribly hot during my stay and so I didn't make much use of the gardens, which are beautiful. The air conditioning was much appreciated, although as the unit is located in the living room, it was difficult to get the bedroom to a comfortable temperature. A fan would have been very helpful. I did appreciate that most of the windows had solid shutters which helped to keep out the worst of the heat. One element that was a surprise to me was the explicit limit on electricity usage. Use above the set limit was charged. I don't know if this is standard in France, but I had never encountered it in North America. My overage ended up being a very nominal sum--so nominal that I don't really understand the point of making guests obsess over their usage. It was the one sour note to an otherwise very pleasant stay.

Séjour Beaujolais Nos hôtes nous ont fait de bonnes suggestions, que ce soit pour des visites ou autres. Nous sommes ravis d'avoir été à ce gîte, bel endroit calme, reposant. Nous le recommandons.

Ballades à vélo Nous avons passés un agréable séjour , le gite est très confortable et nous avons pu profitez pleinement des extérieurs . Nos hôtes sont très accueillants et nous ont fait goûtés leurs fruits et confiture , un régal ! La région est magnifique et l'endroit est parfait pour les ballades à vélo .

Peaceful, relaxing stay. Received very warm welcome from the owners of this gite which is set in beautifully kept, secluded gardens. The area is very peaceful and is within easy reach of amenities including an excellent restaurant within 200 metres. The house is spacious with very modern facilities, all in immaculate condition. It is a perfect base for touring the Beaujolais vineyards.
