Les Remparts

First, as travelers from the US, we are used to having a lot of space. This house had plenty of it and it was perfect for our family of 6. It was very clean and Christian was super nice and responsive. We would return without question. We had a car rented which I highly recommend. Now…Keintzheim…what a gem. This cute little town was great. 2 amazing restaurants, walkable, and very residential. It is very much different than surrounding towns. We found if we wanted to “go out” we would go to Kayersberg for shopping or lunch (3 min drive). It was easy to get around to the other numerous villages. Haut-koenigsbourg is 40 mins away and don’t forget the monkey park just south of the chateau. Colmar was 20 min but not really necessary unless you want to do the river boat ride and dinner. We stayed for 4 nights and kept busy the entire time. Overall the property and area was exceptional and we would love to return one day!

Der Gastgeber sprach annähernd perfekt Deutsch, war sehr nett und hat eine gute Einführung gegeben. Die Umgebung mitten in den Weinfeldern und in einem wunderschönen, malerischen Dorf ist sehr zu empfehlen. Viele Haushaltsgegenstände wurden vom Gastgeber zur Verfügung gestellt und eine Waschmaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Alles in allem eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft mit einem sehr freundlichen Gastgeber und viel Privatsphäre.

Très belle maison : de grands volumes, décorés avec goût, où il fait bon vivre. Propreté irréprochable, aménagement et équipements au top. Le magnifique espace wellness est un bonus. Nous avons passé un super séjour, à renouveler et à recommander.

Die Unterkunft liegt inmitten von wunderschönen kleinen und ursprünglichen Ortschaften. Wandern, Wein und gutes Essen stehen hier im Mittelpunkt.

Maison idéale pour passer un séjour en famille. Beaucoup de place et des possibilités pour passer du temps ensemble mais aussi pour se détendre

Whole group enjoyed our stay in this well equipped and clean property. Using the garden for eating involved a lot of running up and down stairs! Wifi worked perfectly, spa and sauna much appreciated.
