😊: Lovely apartment, with nice furniture, comfortable bed and nice bathroom with good hot water and wifi. Set in an historic building with lovely ceiling. Close to free parking, yet on Main Street.. 😢: We were there during a heat wave. It does not have air conditioning. If you are there June - August be aware- as there will be many more 30 plus days. We had a 26 degree night. Thankfully there was at least a fan.

😊: The hosts had provided an online very helpful guide about the apartment and the Bayeux itself. This included very useful information about where we could park for free of charge and it was just a few minutes walk and we always found a place at any time of the day. The flat was well appointed - lovely kitchen - quite charming and comfortable and Bayeux is a delightful town and a great location for touring.. 😢: If you have any mobility problems I don't recommend. There's a steep staircase (1 floor) to get up and down and more challenging if you have large cases (we did manage, however, and in our late 60s). Whilst the location is very convenient - right in the centre of town - with all the shops on your doorstep and a convenience store opposite (open til 10 at night) - it is rather noisy sometimes. And thirdly, the WIFI could have been better - it is rather slow and was rather frustrating at times..

Loved the location, walkable to everything we wanted to do. The concierge was very kind and helpful when we had a question.<br>#128577; Found it a little confusing upon entry through the gate , but the concierge was most helpful.

Everything was excellent- location, proximity to shops and restaurants, the quality of the accommodation. It was comfortable, spacious, clean and fully equipped for our week-long stay. Top quality bedding, tons of hot water, loads of storage space and extraordinary original art work. Good communication with the proprietors; easy to access the accommodation for example. Free parking in the immediate vicinity. Good value for money in a popular ...<br>#128577; It can be a bit noisy! Traffic noise and deliveries early start the morning. A fan in the bedroom would be good.
