😢: I booked a 5-night stay via Booking.com (1–6 July). Shortly after arrival on the very first night, we discovered that the property had no running water, creating an uninhabitable environment with a child present. Furthermore, it appeared that water cutoffs are not uncommon in this building. We only stayed on after the water was restored because there were no other viable alternatives available at the time.The host became entirely non-responsive from 8:00 PM that evening until the next morning, leaving the keyperson to handle the situation rather than addressing the issue directly. Booking.com explicitly promised a full investigation and stated they would communicate with the host regarding their subpar hospitality. Despite these assurances, the platform has failed to follow up, respond, or provide any resolution for nearly two months. Due to this total breach of contract and lack of basic communication, I am now pursuing a formal financial recovery and resolution through legal channels..

😊: Well-equiped apartment, compact and functional, quiet and private. In a reasonably accessible area (25 mins walk to La Ola, 25 mins walk to La Corniche - other shops closer as well, and bus routes to station, etc). Exceeded expectations. I would book again without hesitation.. 😢: No negative feedback. Met my requirements, overall a good stay. It wasn't a problem for me but some may wish to note - no towels or linen provided..
