😊: The location is excellent, the accommodation is very good, in particular the sun room/conservatory is fabulous. The host is pleasant and helpful. The facilities are good although the kitchen is dated and would benefit from a makeover. Bedroom is very good, with a big flat screen TV and a very comfortable bed. Bed linen nice and clean. Good private parking. Nice patio and garden furniture. The host's dog is young, friendly and enthusiastic, we love dogs so enjoyed her attention.. 😢: Kitchen although functional is out dated and needs a makeover. Does not have a toaster. Lack of toilet paper. For a 2 night stay we were provided with a 3rd of a roll. Comments left in other reviews state the same lack of toilet paper..
