😊: Modern spacious apartment. 😢: Nothing. Bit of a pain that other residents don’t respect parking allocations, but not such a big deal..

😊: Size of the property was great. 😢: We had an issue with the parking. Others in the building had taken our spaces meaning we had to find alternative parking for one of our cars. The other car in our party was ok to park up the ramp in front of there garage but you will only be able to get up there in a 4x4.
