Lille Centre appartement avec du cachet

😊: Perfectly situated. A lively neighbourhood with shops, amenities, public transport and a public park nearby. The concierge serve was excellent and responded immediately to fix a problem I had with an appliance on a sunday. I really enjoyed my stay..

😊: Reasonable location and very clean. Bed very comfy and quiet area.. 😢: Nothing..

😊: The apartment is great, it has lots of natural light, which is important to us, and it's spatious and cozy. The location is excellent, it's close to amazing bakeries, coffee shops and restaurants, as well as supermarkets. We didn't need to take any public transportation and could go everywhere we wanted to go. It was missing the table though, which was definitely not great. Eating comfortably was a bit challenging because of this..

😢: They charged me for a broken marble table, which was already broken when I arrived! They want me to prove the table was not broken when I arrived while they cannot prove the table was not broken. They are dishonest people! I cannot believe how they can accuse people like this. Very BIG disappointment. I cannot contact them now, they do not reply, there is no explanation nothing! Don't give these dishonest people your credit card details. Avoid this property!.

😊: the size, lay-out and design of the apartment, and the excellent light.. 😢: Kitchen table broke.
