Lille centre- Nice and bright equipped studio

😊: Nothing they demand $200 hold on your credit card after you have paid for the accommodation. 😢: No lift, on the second floor, no safe stairs.no hand rail on spiral stairs.had to sit down and go backwards to get to the room. Used rope to drag luggage to second floor.

😊: Very comfy bed, nice Personal, and great communication, place clean and well equiped, location is just great!.

😊: Big pleasant windows despite the uncanny stairs and electric box placement. Location is great, nothing is far and the walk to the old town is pleasant, fine arts museum and fortress are equally close.. 😢: For the price of a hotel room, no similar service is provided due to being a studio. And the cleanliness is debatable - limited towels (a shower mat instead of a hand towel even (???)), bunch of dust and little hair around, some stains... Bad WiFi, for those who care..

😊: The location was very good. 😢: The bed is very squeaky and uncomfortable.

😊: Nothing, was just happy to leave finally. 😢: - The place was extremely dirty. The place wasn't cleaned probably never. Dark women hairs found in a kitchen, bathroom, bed, on the walls.... Black mold on windows, walls and EVEN CURTAINS, hangs like flakes. Dust is everywhere, obviously. Dust or whatever it is (see on a photo) on KITCHEN PLATES, the owner thinks it's normal to give it to guests for eating. Disgusting and a big shame to the owner that they didn't put any effort to make the place suitable for leaving, but obviously took CLEANING FEE. - Facilities are very old, tired, and require repair or replacement. - The place is not comfortable overall. It's small and badly arranged. Metallic chairs (garden type) in a kitchen - brilliant, bravo! Saying all that the owner is so quick on taking the security deposit from you so they would not even give any instructions before you give it. Shame on you..
