Lille Centre - Studio fonctionnel et équipé !

😊: The accommodation has a very good location in center of the city. Metro, bus, train station, shops, bars nearby. Good communication and very clear instructions from the host made my stay easy. Appartement was clear, fresh with good working installations like water, warming etc. Also beds were comfy.. 😢: Is was very small, it felt more like hotel suite than appartement. The equipment was also very basic. It has everything needed for few days, I'm just used to things like more towels, tea, scissors etc. Also the neighbourhood was quite messy with trash laying everywhere in de street, but I've realised it's a bigger problem in whole Lille..

😊: We really liked this flat, mainly because of its excellent location. It’s within short walking distance of everything you need — shops, bakeries, pubs, clubs, and restaurants. The main square is about 10 minutes away, the park is 5 minutes away, and the central train station (Eurostar) is around 15 minutes on foot, which is very convenient if you’re travelling without a car and exploring the city by foot. That said, being so central does come with some noise, especially at night. Even with double-glazed windows, you can still hear people outside after pubs and restaurants close. The flat itself is on the first floor and accessible via a digital code, which is very convenient. The entrance opens into an open-plan American-style kitchen with a round table and three chairs. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need, including a Nespresso machine, kettle, oven, microwave, and a small fridge. The bedroom was initially a bit of a disappointment, as the sofa bed was unstable, so our 7-year-old son had to sleep with us on the main bed. However, the management team responded quickly and kindly arranged a proper single bed for us, which we really appreciated. There is plenty of storage space for clothes, and the room has three large double-glazed windows, making it bright and airy. The bathroom is small but nice and functional. Overall, the flat is clean, welcoming, and very well located. A special thank you to the team, especially the lady who helped us with the bed — she was very responsive and made us feel welcome. Excellent customer service. We would definitely recommend this place!. 😢: If you are a light sleeper, it may be uncomfortable due to the noise outside..
