😊: Location was good. Not too far from places of interest, stations and restaurants. Downstairs lounge space was fine, comfortable and kitchen space and facilities were good. 😢: The bed was absolutely awful. The slats under the mattress were mostly broken and caving into the middle so the mattress sank in, taking our bodies and bottoms with it. All night I just kept trying to pull myself out from what felt like a sunken pit of doom! It was a very uncomfortable stay, I was so tired and in pain everyday, and unfortunately I have a joint condition so that aggravated my issues and pains and made for a very very uncomfortable holiday, I was struggling to walk without pain when out and about each day. I complained to the hosts after the first painful, sleepless night but they didn't really address or acknowledge the issue at all and just gave a generic answer about their room. I was very disappointed. Both my mum and I hated the bed and were really sad about the experience and lack of sympathy from the hosts. It was a very unpleasant few nights. There was also a very awful damp smell in the corridors and walking into the room. Wasn't nice. They also do not give enough towels for the length of stay in my opinion. Very budget and low price, so I guess you get what you pay for. Only stay here if you don't mind a broken back and an uncomfortable night's sleep!!.

😢: The room was identical for smurfs or hobbits. You had to knee in order to get to the bed..
