😊: - Location. Walking distance to city centre. - Parking is good and safe (although dirty). - There was tea and coffee left.. 😢: - Zero communication from agency. - Not enough bed-linen. We arrived with 3 kids who needed 3 separate blankets. Nobody reacted to our messages and request. There were 3 double blankets left, so 1 for adults and 2 for 3 kids. So 2 kids had to sleep under same blanket and 1 one them always ended up sleeping naked. Blankets had smell, which was not fresh. - Sink in bathroom almost completely clogged. - Kitchen is dirty, we had to clean it ourselves when arrived. There is not enough kitchen utensils. - There was no dishwasher, although it was written that there will be. - Washing machine for clothes we did not use as there was no detergent left at the appartment - Half of light bulbs not working. - 500 EUR deposit is big and they do not hurry to return it. You cannot get the key until you pay it. We received deposit back only in 9 days after many reminders. In other places we rented in France we received deposit back immediately during check-out and it was less..

😊: Really easy key pick up and drop off. Really quaint apartment with lots of character. Beds were comfy. 😢: Couldn’t get into private parking with a roof box which wasn’t mentioned at time of booking. Had trouble finding parking on road. No a/c meaning apartment was uncomfortably hot, even with windows open. Electric cooker added even more heat into apartment..
