LivinParis - Luxury 3 Bedrooms Arc de Triomphe I

😊: Great size for a big group. Generous kitchen and living area and big sized bedrooms Great location - loads of fantastic restaurants/cafe/bakeries and little boutique cheese shops etc very close. Supermarket just next door and we cooked 2 nights Short walk to metro and arc de triumphe and champs Élysée . Very safe feeling neighbourhood. 😢: Upstairs showers low pressure even worse if anyone using any water. Downstairs shower excellent!.

😊: It is a AIRBNB APARTMENT. highly AESTHETIC INTERIOR FULLY LOADED apartments with everything Fantastic kind support from Owner , first coordinator , emergency coordinator. You will fall in love the place. 5-10 mins walk from two metro station , 200m Department store , 10 Meter washing.. 😢: Our appartment house was ground and first floor. Big kitchen and big hall at ground floor. Bedrooms on first floor. Kindly keep in mind baggage handling till bedroom..

Location is fantastic. Great restaurants nearby. Our family felt very safe. Everyone was very friendly. Close to the Metro where we could easily get to all parts of the city. Love this place.

The property managers were amazing and made our experience seamless. The apartment was extremely well set up to accommodate a large family, very clean and comfortable - close to everything- transport, restaurants, shopping. Highly recommend - 5 stars

It was hot and the property doesn’t have AC which I think is normal in Paris. Unfortunately we couldn’t get any of the fans to work in the house. We also didn’t know how to use the washing machine/dryer combo. When I reached out to ask about both, I never received a response. Overall great property, just wish there had been better communication.

Très bel emplacement et très spacieux, avec un accueil chaleureux. Gros bémol par contre dû à une invasion de fourmis - Il y en avait jusque dans le lit avec réveil la nuit a cause de cela. Le service de maintenance est passé, ce qui était appréciable, mais il en a résulté pas mal de traces noires (dues aux fournis mortes) que nous avions trouvé même en arrivant - pas optimal d’un point de vue effet propreté. Le dernier jour les voisins d’en face ont fait une fête très, très bruyante, jusque bien après 1h du matin. Pas sûr si c’était habituel ou non. Malgré cela bon séjour dans l’ensemble et l’espace a rattrapé l’incident fourmis.
