House generally nice and plenty of room to socialise, but let down by rotten, verging on dangerous, decking throughout the garden. For an expensive rental, would expect better finish in various areas.

A great location in an area that we'd not previously visited. If possible bring bikes as everything is easily accessed through dedicated bicycle paths - much easier than driving. The property itself is in a good spot - about a mile from the town centre and 2/3 of a mile to the beach. Very quiet and secluded from the bustle. The house is stunning and the pool is lovely. Tends to get lots of pine needles in it but that's easily sorted. The decking could do with a bit of a refurb, but other than that the house was excellent in all respects.
