😊: Location absolutely fantastic,a short walk from town ,lovely and peaceful looked out onto the Dordogne river peeping through the trees.Thoroughly recommend.. 😢: No adverse comments to report.

😊: The location was excellent, the apartment was excellent, It had every thing you needed. Anne was so lovely and help full.. It was that good we are looking at booking it again..... Thank you for a great stay....... 😢: It was perfect for us no down side.......

😢: This stay was a disaster from the start. We were arriving late at night and were sent instructions to collect keys from a lockbox, with a code supplied earlier that day. We arrived in the dark and pouring rain. A lock box on the wall would NOT open to our attempts at the code. I messaged the owners who simply replied twice with the message "its easy, just enter the code and it will open"!!! I responded twice to say it would not open, then eventually confirmed there was not a second lockbox incase we were using the wrong one. I was then sent a room number - the number was for a keysafe outside the front door! We had NOT been told which room we were staying in before then (its a motel with >50 rooms). The keysafe still would not open initially, it took 5-6 attempts to get it to open with the code. Inside the apartment is serviceable, but the bedroom is filled COMPLETELY by the bed (there is maybe just over a foot of walking space around the edge of the bed). The kitchen is small, I never did find a kitchen knife to use, and while there was dishwashing liquid, there was no sponge or cloth to clean any dirty dishes with. The next day we tried for over 10 mins to get the keysafe to open so we could return the key. We never did manage it, so had to leave the apartment unlocked. I messaged the owners who said they were aware it was an issue, and that it was due to a previous "inscrupulous guest". It is very possible that future residents could arrive and be unable to access the apartment unless they replace the keysafe (there was no indication they intend to do this). There is no one onsite to speak with that we found. Would NOT stay again..
