😊: The apartment is very nicely decorated, warm and cozy, and had everything you could possibly need and more. It was big enough for just me, and would suit a couple well too, but I think would be a little crowded for 4 people. There was a bath, which was wonderful at the end of a day's skiing. It is very close to the town centre and not too far to walk to the courtesy bus for the skiing.. 😢: I would have given this place a score of 8 if not for the owner's style of communication, and 10 if the bed were comfortable, which it was not. Right from arrival, the instructions provided, were poor or none existent. For example, there is a shop underneath the apartment building and a door to the right of it, which was not obvious (at least not to me), that this was the entrance to the block. I didn't want to just walk in, because I thought it looked like a door to the owners entrance to the shop. It would have been so easy to just mention this in the welcome message, which did include some instructions, eg where to find the key, but they were ambiguous and incomplete, so I constantly had to work things out, which you don't need after a few hours car journey. Once inside the apartment, this trend continued, with absolutely no instructions given for working anything, e.g the stove top was an induction one and I didn't know I had to place a pan on it before it works. Inevitably, I had to contact the owner to ask some questions. Initially she was very helpful and polite, but as problems persisted, she became very impatient and impolite, and made it very obvious I was being a nuisance to her, eg messages with lots of !!!!! at the end of short, sharp sentences. When I suggested it would help if she provided some instructions on use of equipment within the apartment, she basically blamed me, strongly suggesting that I was the problem. The tone of further messages got much more personal and rude. She eventually said that she had tried her very best to help, but that I was ungrateful and impossible to please. I suggested a little patience on her part would have made a big difference, and it was definitely missing from her communication, and therefore, she had not tried her best, because its not just about answering messages, it is also about the manner in which you answer them, and hers was very rude..

😊: Great location and value for money.. 😢: Bed sheets didn't fit sofa bed..

😊: Location, apartment itself, comfortable beds particularly the large sofa bed, netflix, internet, quality equipment. Best thing was the nice hot bath 😄. 😢: Lovely apartment only issue, which is also a positive for some, is that the kitchen was exceptionally equipped but because of this it left less room for workspace and storage. However, it would not stop me returning and doesn’t take away how home from home it was..

😊: Cozy, comfortable bed, location, linen provided and tea towel washing up liquid - salt and pepper wifi TV. No complaints at all we loved it and will return!. 😢: There was nothing not to like !.

😊: Great location and easy access to all amenities, facilities and slopes. 😢: Too busy and being able to book restaurants.
