😊: Everything was great! The apartment was very clean and spacious, and communication with the hosts was excellent. They were very helpful and made the check-in and check-out process very easy. The apartment was also great for the summer heat, with a good air-conditioning system. The kitchen is a bit small, but it was more than enough for us.. 😢: The only minor issue was that the pillows were a little uncomfortable, although that’s quite subjective..

😊: Good location near the city centre in the gorgeous apartment building. Spacious room and bedroom, both equipped with AC. 😢: The communication with the host was quite frustrating. We received the first message with basic info only one day before arrival — too late to properly prepare or ask questions. Then, while we were on a flight to France, the host started sending a flurry of messages demanding our arrival time. One of them even warned us: "Without an announced arrival time, you will have to wait 30 minutes for us to open the door." I only saw these messages after we landed at 1 PM and replied right away, asking to check in at 4 PM — which is the earliest possible time anyway. Instead, they agreed only to 4:30 PM, as if punishing us with their 30-minute rule, even though we physically couldn’t respond any earlier. This felt completely unfair and unwelcoming. Please — just ask guests for their arrival time in advance. It’s such a simple fix. Later during our stay, I sent a message with a question — it was completely ignored. Also, be aware that you’ll only be given one key, which can be very inconvenient, especially if you're more than one person..
