Appartement spacieux pour deux<br>#128578; La disponibilité du propriétaire sur site. La facilité d'accès au réseau de transport en commun. Le fait de disposer d'une place de stationnement non pas dans un garage mais dans un parking public sécurisé (ce qui n'est pas gênant en soi) est très appréciable dans le secteur de l'appartement.<br>#128577; L'élément ci-dessous n'est absolument pas rédhibitoire est mentionné pour information : les repas ne peuvent se prendre que sur la table de salon. Les deux chaises hautes ne le sont pas suffisamment pour pouvoir s'installer au "bar" séparant la cuisine du salon. Le mange-debout est utile mais les chaises actuelles ne sont pas la hauteur ;O)))

Exceptionnel<br>#128578; La décoration du loft est très original, l'agencement de l'appartement rend le séjour extrêmement agréable, le lieu est vraiment calme grâce au double vitrage et surtout l'emplacement dans le quartier St Martin, en plein centre de Brest est idéal. Il ne faut pas oublier non plus l'organisation pour le parking.<br>#128577; Rien.

Great location and loads of...<br>#128578; Great location, centrally located but on a side street in the one way system so nice and quiet. Carrefour supermarket and a bar around the corner as well as being close to the main shopping street, restaurants etc. The tram runs down the hill to the chateau and the stop is less than a 5 min walk. We had a few queries on arrival and Thibault, the owner, called into us to clarify these which was really helpful. Loads of space in the apartment, very well equipped kitchen, bathroom etc. Access to ...<br>#128577; Just bear in mind that the parking is a short drive away in the basement of the local shopping centre, but we were able to park outside the apartment first to bring in bags etc before going to the parking lot and the same when we departed. It is a quiet street. We weren't able to get the TV working, but that's a technical struggle on our part we think!
