😊: Great location, easy to walk into Toulouse cente and also on public transport. Great views from the huge windows over the river. Host is really helpful and communicative Apartment has all you nred for a short stay and the bakery and coffee shop just outside the main door is yum.. 😢: A friendly note not a dislike that the car park is very tight to navigate if you are given a really large 4x4 by the hire car company!.

😊: Excellent location and beautiful views - one of the highlights of our stay. Good facilities - the apartment is well equipped and convenient. Very clear and detailed guest instructions - made it easy to check in and understand how things work. Smooth and responsive communication with the host - both via messages and phone.. 😢: Cleaning was not done before our arrival. Unfortunately, garbage, used bed sheets, and towels from previous guests were still in the apartment. WIFI and the ceiling light were not working (or we were unable to get them to work despite trying). Front door and lock could benefit from an upgrade to improve comfort and security..

😊: The living space was nice, the washing machine was really handy.. 😢: *The access to the parking was so tight our car didn't even fit over the first driveway down into the underground car park, scraping the undercarriage, we had to park 4 blocks away on the street. Host boasts parking as a bonus, most cars wouldn't fit over the initial descent into the parking lot. *The host (who spoke perfect English when I called him to get better instructions to access the keys) only corresponds in French on booking.com, hence the difficulty in me not being able to locate the keys easily. We stayed in twenty booking.com properties during this trip and this was the only one who wouldn't translate to English. I also received so many unnecessary emails I stopped reading them as they were pointless. *The small double bed was so uncomfortable and the bedding was scrappy, with no blanket available. *The towels in the bathroom were old and so small, like towels I'd use to wash my dog. *There were wet sheets left in the washing machine, which we put in the dryer for them as we needed the washing machine. *We were left a long list of instructions to clean the place before we left which was a bit rude..
