Enjoyed our 2 days is...<br>#128578; Good for leaving your car a bit out of town , and bus stops are opposite flat . Timetables were reasonable , 7 min on bus to Annecy centre, very beautiful town .<br>#128577; Was all good , but you need to be very able to do the stairs , definitely to the top floor.

Overall enjoyed our stay, the...<br>#128578; Very quirky stylish property with all round good facilities. Downstairs storage was very useful for our bikes.<br>#128577; The small stairs to the downstairs bedroom. Weren’t that easy to navigate.

Sehr geschmackvolle Wohnung, mit ein...<br>#128578; -Eine tolle, geschmackvolle Einrichtung -unkomplizierte Besitzer -Die Wohnung liegt nur ein paar Meter neben einer Bushaltestelle -Die Nähe zum See<br>#128577; -Leider verfügt die Wohnung weder über eine Terrasse, noch über einen Balkon -fehlende Klimaanlage, nur Ventillatoren vorhanden -sehr schlecht geplante Dusche

Nice apartment in a good...<br>#128578; Easy access to Annecy by car, bus or walking, and the lake is only a few minutes walk away. The living area is spacious and well designed, and the kitchen has everything you could need. The bedrooms are small and up steep stairs (would not be suitable for elderly guests), but the beds are comfortable and the area is nice and quiet at night.<br>#128577; It would be nice if the apartment had air conditioning fitted as the bedroom got rather warm on hot days. The velux windows need to be made easier to operate (perhaps automatic) as these are the only sources of air flow and are difficult to both reach and open/close.

Fabuleux<br>#128578; Juste magnifique !! Emplacement parfait à 2 pas du lac et dans un côté calme. A 5min en voiture du centre ville d'Annecy. C'était propre, décoré avec goût et tout pour notre confort. Rien ne manquait 🥰<br>#128577; Vraiment RAS tout était parfait
