😊: Excellent location for seeing sights, restaurants etc. Though I note previous reviews, it was very clean for us. I went with a friend, just 2 of us. So we had a room each although one was not fully enclosed. Staff gave helpful recommendations on things to do and on this occasion we were able to arrange to drop a small amount of stuff off(but there are left luggage options around town too). Liked being in an old building, as the part of town. Even though only 2 of us, due to location I think value for money was great, possibly because Lyon seems to be underrated as a tourist destination for reasons I do not understand. Food, attractions, condition, history, safety all wonderful.. 😢: Clarity about deposit arrangements before booking. Though it went ok in the end, it took Swikly 2 weeks from departure to confirm there were no issues. But the platform itself seemed clear and easy to use. Updated bedding would have pushed score to a 9..

😢: Rooms are much smaller than at the pictures. They looking different than at booking. Appartament was dirty. Lot of dust at the kitchen equipment. You could actually stick to it... Smell was horrible. Bed was looking like somebody's slept there before. Absolutely not worth of stay..

😊: Where it was situated easy access to everything. 😢: The people above our apartment coming home very late at night shouting and arguing, then up early around 5am same thing over again.

😊: Nothing, disgusting, and filthy, couldn't even spend one night there.. 😢: It was totally unacceptable, there was semen stains on the sheets in the double room. There was hair in the other beds. The unit was filthy throughout. We contacted the host, and we got no satisfaction. He he asked for photos which we sent. Still expected us to sleep in this filth. We had to find alternative accommodation. We asked for a refund, and he refused us. So we were totally disillusioned by the whole experience. Not to mention having to pay accommodation costs in another hotel. I'm so disappointed. I implore you to please read the reviews. For some reason, some of the reviews read badly, but they still give him a high number. It's not great when you look at this when you decide to book. Avoid this place like the plague..
