LOFT DES SABLES - Loft moderne à 50m de la plage

😊: Loved the location of the property overlooking the bay. Skylights an added bonus. Upstairs room had a sitting room. Very modern fixtures and fittings, all easy to use. Everything we needed including welcome book and information about the area. Parking onsite great. Owners very responsive to our questions.. 😢: Nothing really. Pity there wasn't an upstairs toilet. Internet out but this was a local issue at the time..

😊: N/A. The nearest boulangerie was a drive or cycle into the town. There is a partial seaview from the house (obscured by the house opposite which sits directly onto the beach. There is a 200m walk to be on the beach, which has fine, white sand and seaweed. It's only about 10 minutes to walk to the Viviers de Bassinic for fish and shellfish straight off the boat (it was out fishing when we visited). No T.V. so consider other entertainments. Le Carre restaurant is about 100m away but it was only open ay lunchtime when we were there (late October).. 😢: Very little. My partner found the mattress a little hard but it was fine for me. You had to be careful standing up from the chair beneath the stairs in case you bashed your head (we didn't), We appreciated the quality of the cutlery, china, glasses and cooking utensils and use of the logburner, the glass of which we left cleaner than we found it..

😊: Fantastic location, right next to the beach. It was a beautiful area. The apartment was well designed and had everything hat we needed. Would return..
