😊: The location is good, the apartment is nicely decorated, and the fact that there is a private yard with a parking space and a relaxation area is a plus. The bed is comfortable. The street traffic is not noisy or disturbing.. 😢: We were only in transit at this location and stayed for just two nights, so we don't know if the dishes and cutlery in the kitchen was enough, except for coffee mugs. There were no coffee mugs, only two small espresso cups. We had to make coffee in a glass, so we managed at the end. The most frustrating aspect was the complete lack of communication with the manager/owner. I sent two messages — the first asking if early check-in was possible with one hour, and the second asking if we could at least park the car in the yard 3–4 hours before check-in, which, by the way, starts extremely late, only at 5:00 PM. I have not encountered this in other places. Both messages were left unanswered. I would understand a refusal — that would be fine — but to nit saying anything is disrespectful, in my opinion. Both messages were sent via the Booking platform. We also had another unpleasant situation when we found out there was no toilet paper. Even though we only stayed for two days, half a roll runs out quickly. I sent a text message directly to the administrator’s phone, and only late in the evening did he enter in the yard and put it two rolls on the doorstep. He didn’t ring the bell or knock, so our child got scared seeing someone walking in the yard at 10 PM. Other downsides: black towels are not the most suitable in an accommodation, because you can’t see how clean they are. We only had large bath towels and no small towels. I asked for some, in the same sms the, but didn’t receive any. Also, the liquid hand soap only lasted for a few washes on the first day. We had to use our own shower gel for washing hands.
