😊: An old building with lots of character. 😢: Tooo warm! Even if was chilly outside it was so hot inside! Need portable air con units as you can’t open the front wi does due to noise from the metro.

😊: Apartment is fantastic. You can really feel like you live in Paris for few days. It close to attractions, cafees, shops, metro is close, it is safe and relatively clean. We loved it and will get back.. 😢: It really would not make much effort to upgrade it to get rid of all issues. Simple 5eur seals would fix noise through the Windows. Kitchenette is Tiny Tiny- with a huge fridge- smaller woudl be so much better. Just a little small things and it would be even better place. But still loving it..

😊: Spacious and well-equipped apartment in a good area. Close to the metro, near the Eiffel Tower, with restaurants and supermarkets nearby — everything you need within easy reach..

😢: This is no joke. If you like being ROBBED, book accommodation with ‘The Flex Living’. The Flex Living forces you to register on a website external to Booking.com, where you have to provide a lot of personal information and a card to pay the deposit. They will use this data to charge you without your authorisation. What's more, even if you block that bank card, they have a system for making fraudulent charges to cards you may have with other banks! (This is no joke, nor is it an exaggeration.) Context: During check-in, for almost THREE hours, The Flex Living gave me false instructions (via WhatsApp) about the location of the ‘locker’ where the keys were, even asking me for a selfie and a photo with my ID card. Due to the situation, I called Booking to explain the problem and they told me that if I didn't have a solution from The Flex Living within 45 minutes, I should call Booking again and they would find a solution for me. Finally, after almost 3 hours, I received the correct address for the locker. On the last day of my stay, I was informed that The Flex Living had cancelled the accommodation and Booking would proceed to rebook the stay. After travelling all day, when I got home I saw that they had charged me, without my consent, around €300 on the card I used for the deposit. My bank told me that they had tried to charge me more than €900, but couldn't because of the card's daily limit, so they tried successive smaller charges until they managed to charge me around €300. I told them that I find it unacceptable that they have made fraudulent charges that I did not authorise, and that any payment I have to make will be through Booking, which is who I contracted the service with. Now, almost a month later, they have charged a different card I hold with another bank—one whose details I have never provided to them—which suggests they have a system for obtaining or using card information without authorization..
