😊: Melanie the host was wonderful, kind & helpful, the gite suited us as a couple & our pet dog, was secured, the gite is cosy & everything you needed for our stay, our dog was safe in the courtyard, the greeting present was a lovely touch to our stay. 😢: Nothing to dislike.

😊: Beautiful little house in the stunning French country side. We only stayed one night as stop over whilst we were driving back form Spain to the Netherlands. The little house had everything we needed for our short stay and we were very comfortable there, including our small/medium sized dog. The village was stunning, we only saw a little as we were pretty much in and out but we did stop by the bakery which was out of this world!!. 😢: There were quite some cobwebs in the bedroom but apart form that no complaints.

😊: Quite a unique estate located in an ancient barn, with a newly renovated interior. Well equipped (though fridge without a freezer, and no washing mashing). Very friendly host. Half-meter-thick stone walls - the place was really cool on a 30-degree hot day. Very friendly hosts. We liked our short (overnight) stay.. 😢: A real bat entered our room few minutes after we opened the window in the night - I guess they live in the junction of the barn's old walls and roof. A mosquito net can solve this problem. Silly faucet in the bathroom - it is too short and thus away from the tap. Impossible to use like this - it should be changed to a longer one or equipped with a swivel aerator-extender (3 euro from the chinise online shop). Water temperature regulator in shower too hard for the ladies - very difficult to rotate it to the cold side. No private parking - guests are invited to use a public parking 1 min away (no problem to find a spot though). Apart not well prepared for a stay with minors - very many sharp edges..

😊: Cosy little cottage. Lovely and comfortable after a long wet day on the bike. Kind gifts from the host. Bike storage available. Excellent bakery nearby..
