😊: Fab little place in a great location. Clean and good value. Comfortable and well appointed. Close to a lovely little boulangerie with an awesome restaurant almost exactly below (L’Huitrier Pie). 😢: Extractor fan in toilet is a bit loud but easily turned off at the switchboard in the kitchen..

Just as a suggestion, an anti-mosquito diffuser would have been helpful to have, as there are lots of tiger mosquitoes in the area which are very aggressive and get into the house - so you cannot open the window in the evening (even if it’s very hot) if you don’t have a diffuser. We went out of town to a supermarket to buy one - only to discover they were sold out as probably everyone else had the same problem! We bought a spray so as not to leave empty handed - one needs ...
