We have just returned from a week staying at this property and what an amazing place it is. The house is set on the outskirts of Vaylats and you will need a car or bike to get into the small village which has a cafe/bar. The house itself is huge, several different kitchen/eating areas. The outside main kitchen next to the pool has a bbq and plancha which was constantly used during our stay. This area also has great electric plastic shutters and ceiling fans. The pool was massive and also very warm. Was a good depth for both kids and adults. Plenty of seating around the pool with large umbrellas and a big garden fan. Gerrard and Michelle were very welcoming and always on hand to offer advice. Very quick to respond to messages or any queries that we had. I would certainly rate this as one of the best villas we have stayed in, outstanding… would certainly recommend.

We’ve had the most wonderful stay at this fantastic property. The place is so perfect for a family holiday, and is so much nicer than in the photos. The garden is huge and has everything a child could ever want - toys, bikes, a trampoline, swings and playhouse, and the owners had gone to a lot of effort to make everything perfect for our little girl, who had the best holiday ever! The pool is glorious, the water is warm and it’s just the right size, and the summer kitchen and dining areas are really great. The whole place is incredibly well equipped and the hosts were so lovely and helpful. To be aware it is quite isolated and there is very little phone signal, which makes it lovely and peaceful, but it did mean that when we had trouble with our car for a few days we were unable to go anywhere! The house is so perfect though that it wasn’t really a hardship. Thank you Gerard and Michelle!

We spent a lovely two weeks in this spacious and very well equipped beautiful house. Everything you could need was there and more! The pool/outdoor kitchen area was amazing with the huge bonus that the WiFi was excellent even out by the pool, so our teens were kept very happy too!! Gerard was a really attentive owner who replied to messages very quickly during the whole booking process and throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he sorted any requests we had immediately. Thank you so much Gerard and Michele!!

Nous avons bien apprécié les trois chambres toutes équipées avec salles de douche et WC. L'espace patio / cuisine d'été est super fonctionnel et le centre de vie de la propriété. Les propriétaires sont bien à l'écoute et la communation très fluide. Je recommande.

Vacances ressourçante dans un cadre idyllique, à partager en famille ou entre amis .Le jardin et les prestations invitent à la sédentarité . De très belles ballades sont à faire à proximité . Propriétaires charmant, accueillant qui feront le nécessaire pour que votre séjour se passe très bien .

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison avec des amis ! Tout est parfait : de l’accueil des propriétaires avec leurs délicates attentions aux conforts et équipements de la maison. Les nombreux équipements mis à notre disposition ont fait le bonheur des 4 enfants (11 et 16 ans), tout est fait pour qu’ils trouvent l’activité de leur choix aux grés de leurs envies et du moment de la journée (piscine, vélos, trampoline, balançoire, baby foot, pétanque..) ou tout simplement courir dans la propriété. La maison est aménagée avec gout et les nombreux petits coins extérieurs permettent à chacun de s’isoler lorsqu’il le souhaite (lire un livre, faire une sieste). Vous pouvez y aller sans hésiter, tout est parfait ! Nous avons d’ailleurs décider d’y retourner dés que possible.

This place is absolutely stunning, the photos and description don't do it justice. We went with our two children, 1 and 3 and we all loved the garden, it was beautiful, and had everything you could want, pool with safety cover, trampoline, playhouse, ride on toys, slide, swings, tonnes of ball games and so much more. The inside was very clean, well equipped and cool while it was hot outside. The owners were so thoughtful, the inflatables for the pool had been blown up, they had a proper wooden cot rather than travel cot, stair gate, toys and highchair. We really can't sing this place and its hosts praises enough. We will definitely be returning, we had the best family holiday. This place is perfect if you are happy in your own company with your family. Thank you very much Gerard and Michelle.
