😊: We travel every year as a family and this year, eight adults and baby stayed at Lou Mas. Lou Mas was exceptional when compared to the accommodation in previous years and we cannot recommend it highly enough. The description does not do it justice so here is a fuller one: The property is located in a very quiet little hamlet but still within a six minute drive to shops etc. To get to it, you turn off the road and down an access track to remote controlled gates. The property is a large with extensive gardens and although there are other properties around, you do not hear or see anyone else. It comprises a main house and two separate buildings, all made of traditional stone and tiles. The two separate buildings are on either side of a swimming pool. One of separate buildings contains a double bed and ensuite bathroom, whilst the other building contains a double bed and ensuite with separate lounge area fitted with sink and fridge. The main house has three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds. There are two bathrooms: one with a bath/shower and one with a shower. There is a separate toilet and two utility rooms with washing machine, and dryer etc. There is a large lounge with a very large and comfortable sofa and armchairs, tv etc. and a dining room with large dining table and chairs. Finally, there is a large and very well equipped kitchen. Everything is beautifully furnished, very clean and good quality. It is incredibly comfortable and equipped with literally everything you could need. In the garden, there is a large and deep swimming pool with a remote controlled rigid pool cover. Around the pool, there are pool loungers with cushions and amongst the grass and trees, are cushioned chairs and tables, and a covered outside dining area. The garden is on a slope but this is not very steep. We were greeted by the lovely Virginie and Madalena (the owner) was also very helpful, and immediately resolved a minor problem .. 😢: Lou Mas is faultless..

😊: Very nice, secluded property. We enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend this place. If you want calmness but still want to be close to some cute small villages, this is the perfect spot..
