😊: NOTHING NOTHING NOTHING NOTHING. 😢: THE HOST. There is a reason they ask you to make a non-refundable payment at the time of booking. This is so they can start an argument on arrival, throw you out and keep your money. It says double bed on the room selection but if you scroll down to the details it says sofa bed. However, in reality it's not even a sofa bed, but a make-shift wooden pull down board (looks like the back of a tennis table) Just before arrival you will receive a email to say you have to pay for sheets and towels. ( and if you book the room with A/C you have to pay for that too.) Other reviews mention the sheets are unclean and worn out. All the extras are in cash only without receipt given. (I'm guessing so they don't declare this part of the income to the Tax) You have to pay in cash 200 euro which legally should be held by card payment because if there is any dispute they can just accuse you of breaking something and use it as an excuse to keep your money. On arrival the woman showed us the room, when I saw the wooden board (bed) I checked my booking details. At this, the woman became crazy shouting at us, picked up our luggage and threw it out the door and told us to go. She grabbed my arms to drag me out the door, then punched me in the back and pushed me out. She went to get her husband who smelt of alcohol. She would not refund us (not even the tourist tax, which they cannot legally charge if you don't stay)We found alternative accommodation at the Logis 5 minutes away (which was worth every penny) The next part of our holiday was spent at the Police station reporting the PHYSICAL ASSAULT. Afterwards I looked at reviews and see others have had similar experience. Keith Scott in 2023. Also another lady who arrive half hour late and was refused entry even though she phoned to explain she was stuck in traffic. Neither received a refund. It makes you feel totally SCAMMED.
