😊: This property looks nothing like the listing photos. Upon check-in I discovered conditions that were completely unacceptable and potentially dangerous.. 😢: Extensive black mold throughout the bathroom walls, grout and shower corner • Severe damp and water damage with crumbling, rotting walls • Deteriorating ceiling beams with cracking and peeling plaster • A heavily rusted and rotting door frame • The bed is literally centimeters from the toilet — completely different from the listing photos • Constant unbearable noise from the floor above I had no choice but to leave on the first day and find alternative accommodation at my own expense. When I raised all of this with the owner, he acknowledged “the seriousness of the concerns” in writing but refused to issue a refund. He then sent me an automated “enjoy your stay” welcome message after I had already left and filed a complaint..

😊: Nothing at all. 😢: The entire place, location and all. There is a man that sleeps in front of the door and snores the whole night. People pass by and bang the door, I couldn’t sleep in that place..

😢: It was difficult to open the door. TV Don't connected. Room' photo is different..

😊: The location was close to the metro and there was a variety of cafes and shops close by. I loved being next to the ancient church and went to a service, which was very beautiful..
