😊: This is an excellent apartment. It is bright, spacious and very comfortable. The location was great for our visit. Very well equipped for our three nights.. 😢: Nothing.

😊: We had a very comfortable stay. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, the host was friendly and helpful, and the kitchen was fully equipped. The location was also very convenient—just a 10–15 minute walk to the Grotto.. 😢: Nil.

😊: The appartement was comfortable. Well fitted kitchen.. 😢: The location. Luxery is a subjective thought. The appartement is on a very noisy busy road, itcwas so nousy sleep wasn'tpossible. There is a kebab shop on the ground floor, so sitting on the terrace was not possible the smell of oil was something else. The security lock on the exit door was concerning. (Picture attached)The a/c didn't work, nor the shutter to the bedroom, so the bedroomwas so hot . The owner wasn't suprised when I mentioned this, he obviously new. The toilet brush needs to be replaced it was covered in faeces, I found that nauseating. Im not confident that the appartement is compliant, there wasn't a fire extinguisher in the appartement or smoke detectors. The electricity sockets are in the wrong position, a qualified electrician wouldn't have do that. We decided to leave after 2 nights (we were booked for 3), it was just an awful experience. The owner did offer to to sort the shutter, but that should have been sorted before we arrived. Parking is near the property but the area is so rough I was worried that the car would be broken into. There were people sleeping rough by the kebab shop just not what you want when you're on a break. You simply cant make a silk purse out of a sows ear.
