Love nest and ancient stones - Jacuzzi, air conditioning, Wi-Fi

😊: Nothing it was disguting I am absolutely disgusted by the state I found the property in when we had arrived. The property had not been cleaned whatsoever since the previous guests I will attach the pictures and videos below this showing all of this. The bed was absolutely filthy and had not been made just looked like the previous guests had just got up and left right before we attended there was white towels all saturated in dark blood the toliets had not been cleaned the sinks were filthy the bins had not even been as much as changed with food and drink smelling out the room the place was absolutely disgusting and not able to live or sleep in. The taxi to this property was also $50 there was no one at reception to speak to regarding this and the number that was on the booking we could not get through to I also tried to call someone from booking.com and they hung up on me while I was speaking regarding this very bad customer service and I want something done immediately about this. Resulting in the fact the room was unable to sleep in we had to book another hotel which was then 30 minutes from this property which cost us another €60 being €110 the hotel we then went to was €135 on top of already paying €150 for this property so I wish for someone to contact me back as soon as possible.. 😢: I am absolutely disgusted by the state I found the property in when we had arrived.
