Lovely 17th Century Townhouse in the Historic Centre of Uzes

Listing details and photos are accurate. Clean house with good amenities and right in town. Easy to get to all the restaurants and shops of Uzes.Air conditioners worked great. All appliances are fairly new and in good working order. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, pots and pans, etc.

We had a fantastic stay at Natalka’s property in Uzès. The property is very spacious and beautifully decorated. It has a number of unique art pieces on display. Although the property is a seventeenth century townhouse it has a modern kitchen and bathrooms. We found the house to be very clean. The location in Uzès is perfect, very central but not noisy. Communication with the host Natalka was very good. We also had good communication with the building managers, Annick and Olivier. They met us at house when we arrived. They were both very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this property for a stay in Uzès. I would also highly recommend Uzès as a holiday destination.

We had an extremely comfortable 9 days in Uzes staying at this very lovely and very spacious and well appointed house centrally located in Uzes. History oozes from the interior and the addition of air conditioning in a 17th century house during the June heatwave was greatly appreciated.

We are a couple from London and Italy and stayed four weeks DEC-JAN. Several friends and family members visited and stayed with us. Comments: Excellent location. We found the house warm and clean. Everything works. The feeling of an ancient place has been well preserved. Ideal for 4 to 6 people. Annik, who checked us in and out was gentle and practical. We had a very happy time. As the title suggests, we loved this property and the town of Uzes itself. Natalka's home is centrally located in Uzes just outside of the town center and, most importantly, is located just across from the best boulangerie and around the corner from the best patisserie in town. The home itself is well furnished and the beds were all comfortable. Our stay was during a sweltering late June but you wouldn't have been able to tell because the stone walls kept everything cool and the AC worked great. The town of Uzes itself is a gem. We visited with our four children and were able to find so much to do with them during the stay. The town has great restaurants (including the one Michelin star La Table d'Uzes) and is near to many great places to visit such as Avignon or Pont du Gard (where the kids could swim and go looking for nature). Our pictures of the kids running through lavender fields are some of my favorite of all time! Finally, Natalka and Annick were super helpful during the stay and were also very responsive whenever we had questions. All in all, this was an amazing stay and we cannot wait to visit Uzes again!

This delightful house is located on a quiet pedestrian street just a short walk from shops, and restaurants and the twice-weekly market in Place aux Herbes. We were five people and found plenty of space in the sitting rooms and bedrooms. All went exceptionally well. Cooking was easy in the well-equipped kitchen and each morning we would go to the bakery just up the street for the best croissants and a baguette. The house is well heated, wired and plumbed. It is thoughtfully furnished and decorated. Many detailed guidebooks and instructions left us with no questions about what to do or how to do it! For our March visit free street parking was available a short walk from the house. There are many ‘payable’ spaces nearby as well. We cannot recommend this house strongly enough and we would definitely go back.

This is a beautiful home, very close to the center of town on a quiet street off the main boulevard. The living area on the first level is warm and welcoming, and the kitchen is well equipped. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The Owner and the House Manager were wonderful and extremely responsive. We enjoyed our stay at Maison Sept very much, and we would definitely like to stay here again ....perhaps for more than one week next time!
