😊: Quiet location, away from noise and the center. The apartment is well-equipped, and an advantage is private parking. It ' s a cozy bakery and small SPARK near from this accomodation. Communication with the owner was good, he responded in general in a few hours. We liked it there.. 😢: Nothing special, just after 8 PM you pick up the keys at a different place and pay a surcharge of 20 €. The beds were a bit soft In the apartment, a kettle for water, empty trash bags, and an iron would be useful..

😊: Beautiful flat in a new building, equipped with everything you need, stunning view from the terrace, great location in a quiet and safe area, away from the hustle and bustle of Nice, but only a 15-20 minute drive from anywhere in the city.
