Lovely apartment in Col du Corbier- WIFI gratuit

😊: Nice location, good surroundings, mountain view. Towels and bed sheets are provided.. 😢: Very small apartment for families, the "welcome" guideline looks more like a whole novel of what is strictly prohibited and how bad previous guests who had broken something were. Two big furniture items cannot be used but still take lots of place.At least, they indicate "No client access". The host left 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 rubbish bag for 4 people staying 4 nights.Toilet paper and bag supplies were present in the drawer (without any locks or "No client access" note), we logically assumed that guests could use more paper and plastic bags if needed (given that we paid for 4 nights, we let ourselves take 2 more rolls and a few bags to clean everything up after our stay).We cleaned the apartment upon departure.And that's when the interesting part started.The host claims we have robbed him of half of his monthly toiletteries supplies and gives us a bill for 30 EUR, even though the said supplies hardly even total up to 10 EUR (and we suggested to pay for them based on their real price, but he refused).Another interesting part is the alleged damage.He sends a picture of a fragment of a table that is said to be damaged - none of us remembers any stains or damage done to the said table, and we have all checked his picture, and we were cleaning the house together and none of us ever noticed anything that hadn't been present before.The photo he sent doesn't even show the table as a whole and we are not even sure it's the same table we used during our stay in the apartment.The host says we owe him 75 EUR for the said table (and no, it's not even close to being new or undamaged, as is all the furniture in the apartment).So he basically asks for 105 EUR for alleged damage and theft of toiletteries (we acknowledged having used a few additional paper rolls and plastic bags, and readily suggested to pay for them).The worst accomodation experience in our 14-year old Booking.com history and never had a single issue before..

😊: Amazing stay! The flat was spotless, cosy, and perfectly located in Col du Corbier with stunning mountain views. Very well equipped, warm, and comfortable after a day on the slopes. Easy check-in, great communication with the host, and everything you need for a relaxing stay. Would 100% stay again and highly recommend it..
