Lovely bright airy apartment in quiet street in centre Perpignan, beach 12km

Good space apartment that was very clean and tidy. Unfortunately it was very very hot in Perpignan and being the 3rd floor with 1 fan my family and I struggled with the heat overnight. Good location for exploring the area.

Ich habe 2 Wochen Urlaub mit 3 Teenager in dieser schönen Wohnung verbracht. Während ich abends alleine in Ruhe auf dem Balkon einen lokalen Rosé trinken sowie lesen konnte, haben die Drei regelmäßig die Gelegenheit genutzt, in die Altstadt zu laufen und ein wenig Spaß zu haben. Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock ohne Aufzug. Allerdings kann man dadurch wunderbar die Fenster und Balkontüre auch nachts auflassen, sodass auch an heißen Tagen eine angenehme Nachtruhe gewährleistet ist. Die Wohnung und Perpignan ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für unterschiedliche Touren und Ausflüge, einschl. Bergwanderungen, Schwimmen in der Schlucht bei Tautavel, Windsurfen in Leucate, Barcarès oder Port Vendres, sowie einen Tag in Barcelona. Hervorragend, die Jungs wollen nochmal hin!

We were disamayed to have to walk up 4 floors in 95 degree heat and arrive in s very hot apartment lacking air conditioning or even a fan. The amenities did not even include toilet paper so bring your own. No sheets or towels either, a problem for long distance travellers. When sheets were finally supplied they were for a single bed and Did not fit to a double bed. What we did have a lot of was cleaning instructions. The absentee owner wants one to do all the preparation for the next guest. Minor points: very difficult to find parking, no microwave nd no nearby food stores. As a result of this we left the apartment early...

We loved the place, great accomodation, great location...we just felt like home. It was also perfectly clean! Really hope to come back soon. Thanks for making our holiday fabulous! Nina

Séjour très agréable dans un logement très propre et bien situé dans un quartier typique. Commerces, restaurants alentours, facilement accessibles. Accueil très chaleureux. Tout était parfait. Je recommande vivement cet appartement à tous.

The location is great- there was a fantastic French bakery 3 minutes away, nice bars and restaurants around the corner. We found a free parking space on the street and left the car there most of the time, getting on the bus to several beaches (OK –it was January!) We even went to Barcelona for one day! The apartment is bright and spacious- We woke up every morning in a good mood. Lovely and clean, well-equipped flat, felt really at home and will certainly come back again soon.
