Lovely & charming Villa - Saint Martin de Ré.

Lovely house in excellent location in beautiful St Martin. We really enjoyed our stay.

Couldn't have been in a better spot, an easy walk down the hill to the harbour for restaurants and ice cream. Facilities as described, it's a nice small villa but it's the location that makes it perfect.

We spent a very nice time in this house. The location is extremely good and the environment is very pleasant. From shopping to a short shopping spree, everything is sorted within walking distance. There are also countless restaurants and cafes. We also think St Martin is the best place on the island. The house offers everything you need to spend a relaxing but not boring time.

Maison très agréable et confortable, d’une grande propreté. Emplacement idéal dans Saint Martin. Seul tout petit bémol: l’absence d’une épicerie de base (ni huile ni sel), mais sinon tout pour faire la cuisine (bonne batterie de poêles et casseroles, bons couteaux, plats, machine Nespresso). Nous reviendrons certainement!

Wir verbrachten zu fünft (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder/Jugendliche) unsere Sommerferien vom 27.08. - 10.09.2022 im wunderschönen, sehr liebevoll renovierten und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus von Juliette und Hugues. Vom ersten Tag an haben wir uns wohlgefühlt und nichts an Einrichtungsgegenständen vermisst. Die Lage in Saint-Martin ist perfekt: mitten im Zentrum, aber dennoch ruhig gelegen und nur 3 min zu Fuß zum Hafen mit Cafés, Restaurants, Marché, Boulangerie, Fahrradverleih usw. Unser Auto haben wir kostenlos außerhalb der Stadtmauer abgestellt (beim Friedhof, ca. 7 min zu Fuß) und nur für gelegentliche Großeinkäufe oder Ausflüge zu weiter entfernten Zielen (Plage du Lizay) benötigt. Auch der Kontakt mit Juliette und Hugues sowie vor Ort mit Marine von der Agentur Orbi war problemlos und angenehm. Bei Fragen waren sie immer erreichbar. Alles in allem ein perfektes Ferienhaus für einen Urlaub auf der Île-de-Ré! Merci pour tout!
