Lovely renovated apartment of 45m² located in the heart district Ternes

My husband and I spent 6 days in Paris for my birthday. The apartment was perfect, 10 min from Arc de Triumph, 5 min from Subway/Metro, situated on a permanent market street with everything we needed- fruits/veggies, cheese, charcuterie, meat, fish, boulangerie, grocery store… plenty of small, brasseries « de cartier »! Amazing ! Is our second stay at this apartment and we will certainly return ! Very quiet, offers all appliances. Just excellent !

We had a great stay. Benjamin was a wonderful host. The flat was just right for us. The neighborhood was perfect and so was the location in general. Wonderful shops and cafes. Very easy to get around. Hope to be back someday!

Ben was very helpful and easy to work with. Honestly have no complaints with the property or experience other than wanting a little bit softer bed and a couple more pillows. Perfect place for a couple. The neighborhood was safe and quiet with markets, groceries, and cafes a block away and off the beaten path. Easy access to the Metro and everything you need is in walkable distance. So thankful we found this property!

Benjamin was an excellent host and went out of his way to make sure we were confortable in the apartment. The apartment itself is large, perfect for couples, has a nice kitchen and living room and easy access to all Ternes has to offer. Very much would recommend this stay

My husband and I had a short vacation in Paris. The apartment is so nice, quiet, great natural light, good space and appliances and located very close to a “permanent market street “ typical Parisian! So much charm ... very close to metro and 10 min walk from Arc de Triumph. Many great restaurants 5-10 min walk around. Benjamin was very helpful and met us at the apartment and allowed us to check in early. He gave us useful information about restaurants around, he was also very responsive to every question we had. Wonderful stay! We will definitely be back!

We loved every minute of it. Benjamin is very accommodating, polite, a pleasure to deal with. The apartment is beautifully decorated, in a residential neighborhood surrounded by cafes, street market and supermarkets. And walkable to L’Arche du Triomphe and Champs Élysées. Highly recommend it!

My experience was a 9 out of 10 The apartment is a little jewel.. Good open concept..modern kitchen...very comfortable living room ..dining area...SMART TV..I could watch my Netflix at night... The 1/2 water closet perfect.. The bedroom a good size...room in wardrobe to hang clothes. Nice clean modern shower/ tub combo. Towels are awful! only 2 for 1 week..thin and scratchy..Good idea to buy better towels.. The 17th Arrondissement is very well located to see Paris without the hassle of crowds..Many bus lines..2 close by Metro stations with good connections.. Walking distance to Arc de Triompfe and The Champs Elysees...6 stops on the train to Eiffel Tower...or Montmarte A.terrific Italian deli around the corner...lots of small grocery stores...cafes..bakeries... Historic architecture...Very Safe Area... My problem was checking in. Traveling from North America and arriving at 6 am local time leaves hours to check in...I had to walk around in the rain..I would make sure to have the apartment ready the day beforehand...Having to clean and not be ready for a traveller is an incovenience after a 10 hour flight..I would pay a bit more to have access after an very tiring flight.. That was the only sour spot.. Benjamin was a very nice man and an excellent host.. I highly recommend this apartment...a real jewel. Quiet..clean..superb location..hidden away from all the hustle..

I am familiar with Paris 17 so I was looking for an apartment in a residential neighborhood, preferably next to a local street market. This apartment fits the bill, clean, quiet and with all the comforts I was looking for. Local market is just a few hundred meters away and had lots of nice vegetables, fruits, meats and seafood. Two cheese shops and several bakeries nearby - perfect for my 4 day vacation. CDG etoile ( line 1) is a 10 minute walk.
