Lovely ! T2 neuf Archi Cosy - Plein bourg

😊: The apartment itself is lovely and in a great location, however there a number of issues that need addressing. We paid to rent bed linen and towels. Unfortunately the bed linen provided was dirty, I informed the management company and in the end was assured of a refund, however this has not materialised and they have stopped responding to my request. Secondly and more importantly the door lock in the hall is very poor and difficult to open. We spent lots of time trying to unlock this door which is a severe safety risk if you need to leave the property in an emergency (e.g if there was a fire) We were locked in and locked out several times throughout our stay. I note that this was also raised in a previous review as far back as December 2024 and yet remains an issue. This should be resolved as a matter of urgency! Despite multiple correspondence over the course of our stay both these items remained unresolved and we ended up leaving the property early, before our stay ended.. 😢: Dirty bed linen Faulty hall door lock - safety risk.
