Luberon. Gordes. STONE DETACHED HOUSE

This house is much nicer than the pictures imply. It's really an excellent, first class home. The interior is very new and clean and well laid out. The house feels spacious yet cozy at the same time. Everything is new and modern. The hosts are very nice and efficient. They communicate well. We were greeted with a nice bottle of Provence rosé wine.Be prepared to bring all of your own supplies if you stay more than a day or two. Upon request, the hosts were willing to provide towels and sheets, but otherwise there were virtually no amenities.The yard is spacious. While it isn't fenced, there are lots of natural barriers (hedges, trees) to keep a well-behaved pet within the property's boundaries. The yard is very plain and not well landscaped, but its a great size and was a fun place for our dog to run and play.

Very warm welcome from the owners. The house was a described, very well equipped with a wonderful garden with lots of places to sit and relax. All was perfect. We would love to come back. Thanks again... a bientot!

Our hosts greeted us with all regards, Jean-Marc and Danielle made sure we felt at home right away! The house is beautifully decorataed and was spotles clean. The garden is big and has many spots to sit, chill and relax.The area is beautifull, many nice litlle villages that you can visit and superb if you are in to biking!

This is a spacious house set in a nice quiet suburb of Gordes with good walking and cycling facilities nearby. We found the kitchen very difficult to use in practice as there is very little work surface or food preparation area other than a small low table. It is really difficult to prepare a proper meal. The garden is also not properly enclosed and dogs can easily escape on to the road at the front, as ours did and which means they cannot be left unleashed. This wasn’t clear to us on the booking details.

Alles in allem eine runde Sache. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus liegt auf einem großen Grundstück an einer wenig befahrenen Straße. Ideal zum Ausspannen. Es ist großzügig gestaltet mit großem Wohnbereich und modern eingerichtet. Auch bei großer Hitze war es angenehm kühl im Haus. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und geben Tipps.

Le descriptif du bien sur le site Abritel est conforme à la réalité (sauf pour le kilométrage par rapport à Gordes, compter plutôt 4km que 2.5) : une maison de pierre gardant la fraicheur, des équipements intérieurs tout à fait satisfaisants, un accueil efficace, une grande propriété offrant espace et calme, quiétude et tranquillité, une localisation appréciable à proximité de sites intéressants à découvrir dans les environs sans faire trop de kilomètres. Bref, tous ces éléments ont contribué à rendre ce séjour agréable.

Excellent séjour dans le Lubéron qui est une région magnifique. La location est très agréable, très bien aménagée avec des équipements de qualité et renouvelés régulièrement. Pas de désagréable surprise : la location est entièrement conforme aux photos présentées sur le site. L'accueil de Mme Barle est très sympathique et nous avons particulièrement apprécié la bouteille de rosé bien frais offert à notre arrivée.
