😊: The host is easy reachable, answer all questions very quick.. 😢: Dirty, Uncomfortable, and Not Worth It We had originally planned to have breakfast before checking out, but ended up leaving as early as possible — we simply didn’t want to stay any longer than necessary. The building. The property is located on the second floor of an extremely old and run-down building. While the owner did warn us in advance, nothing could have fully prepared us for what we found when we arrived. It was genuinely shocking. Cleanliness. The property itself was far from clean. The bathroom was dirty, the floors were grimy, and dust was visible throughout the entire space. This is simply not acceptable for paying guests. Noise. We went to bed around 10:00 PM and could still clearly hear traffic from the street. The sound insulation is very poor, making it difficult to get a decent night’s sleep. Attention to detail. We had booked for four people and needed to arrange our own pillows and blankets for peope sleep in sofa bed — which in itself is fine. However, when we opened the closet, everything was in complete disarray. It’s these small details that reveal how little care the owner puts into the space they rent out to guests. Overall, this stay fell well below basic standards of comfort and cleanliness..

😊: Central location Glasfiber internet. 😢: Not very clean. Photos do not reflect status quo. The building and hallways look like a squat with boards blocking the window view. The window near the sleeping sofa is not sealed and wind blows through at any time. Neighbours (?) talked were loud at 1am during the night..

😊: Nice and clean apartment, right in the center, with good internet (fiber, 400 Mbps both up and down). The bedroom has good blackout curtains, and there was zero noise from the neighbors or trams at night. Paid community parking is right in front of the building entrance, with another spot for 5 cars on the side of the building.. 😢: The stairs are a bit tricky-they’re old and steep, and there’s no elevator. This might be an issue if you have too much luggage, but it’s still manageable. I had three huge suitcases, one weighing 40 kg, and was able to get them up with just a few drops of sweat..

😊: Quietness, big TV, coffee machine.. 😢: The bed was good but it could be better. Under the bed needs a bit of cleaning..
