Lumineux T3 - 2 chambres, balcon - proche de Rouen

😊: The appartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. Private secure parking. Great location the metro was 5 mins away which takes 10 mins into the centre of Rouen. We had an enjoyable stay and it was nice to unwind and sit on the balcony or watch TV/Netflix. The host was quick to reply to any queries we had.. 😢: We had a bit if difficulty get into the complex. The instructions aren't very clear. You need to enter by pressing the allocated number at the gate and go through the small gate to retrieve the keys from the allocated lock box in the hallway. Then go into the appartment to retrieve the fob which will open the large gate so you bring in your vehicle into the complex and park up. We spent quite a while pressing the buzzer not realising it only opened the small gate 😂. We got there in the end!!.

😊: The location was very good, being close to the tram line and the city itself. The biggest problem was dealing with an A1 automated messaging service when attempting to access the property. Instructions were poor and contradictive. Keys and remotes were securely locked inside of the apartment block and not accessible. The automated gate entry system did not work and it was only when a resident used her keys and remote were we able to gain entry.. 😢: Accessibility and accumulated rubbish discarded at the front of the property by the gate. The toaster was broken (We purchased a new one ourselves) The kitchen/bathroom fan did not work and some cooking utensils were absent. Beyond the complaints they apartment was nice with Netflix for the children a spotless interior and great location helped us endure the incidentals..
