Fabulous stay in a great...<br>#128578; This is a very modern spacious apartment. It’s location is fabulous, close to tram stops, shops and restaurants.<br>#128577; Nothing. But be aware that it is on the third floor, with stairs only.

The apartment was very nice, quite roomy and with windows open had very good cross ventilation, which was helpful as we had one very hot day while there. (Was a nice floor fan there too for the hot day). Balcony was nice. The location was great, not being too near the historic tourist area for noise at night but still only a couple of minutes of a walk away. Owner was very helpful/responsive with questions. Parking was easy. The only negative at all is that the building entrance from the parking area (but not from main walk-in entrance) was smelly at times due to the garbage area being in a room off of it, but a pretty minor thing you'd walk through for a couple of seconds. Loved the city of Tours too and the ease of getting to many chateaus, wineries, etc. from it. Highly recommended.
