Awesome, helpfull and friendly host. Very nice staying a bit up on the hillside, which gave some fresh breezes.The basement/cellar/lowest floor, with 2 rooms, had a musty smell, but was handled with some lavender bags from the local marked. Pool isn’t heated, but no problem, if the weather is warm.

Beautiful villa with magical view, surrounded by gorgeous calming trees and vineyards. Pool, pétanque, beautiful landscaping, tasteful decor, amazing layout of the house, spotlessly clean-- a lovely oasis that we were sorry to leave. We hope to return and highly recommend this property.

Spectacular views of hills and sea. Abundance of space and privacy for multiple family members. Very quiet, relaxing atmosphere, extraordinary sunsets. Table tennis and Pétanque court a bonus and well used by children and adults. 2 fridges and water filtration helped. Concerns include overall cleanliness especially the kitchen and wares and washing machine (mouldy). Dated and tired kitchen and appliances that leak or do not work ie dryer and lower level air conditioner. Pool and hot tub (not used) not kept clean by pool maintenance service. The latter issues were reported to the owner. More towels and more start up supplies like soaps, paper towels, foil etc would be appreciated to allow more time to shop and restock. Although we had a wonderful time, these issues should not have been present given the price.

A beautiful peaceful home with stunning views and very comfy beds. Tatiana was always very helpful. We came away feeling very rested. We loved our evenings on the patio enjoying excellent food and rose. The pizza oven was a treat too. Thank you so much Tatiana.

This is a wonderful property perched above Saint Cyr Sur Mer in the Bandol wine region of Var. The vineyard-lined roads that lead to the property are narrow and add to a special feeling of remoteness and privacy. However the location is perfect to go to the beach, wine tasting, enjoy the small surrounding towns, or just cruise through the countryside by car or bike. The house itself is clean and very well appointed with a modern but comfortable vibe. Our family was looking for a restful vacation to read, cook together, play games, swim and relax in the beauty of the Southern French coast and this was a perfect place. While there are other houses around, you barely notice them when at the house. Tatiana was quick to communicate and provide great suggestions and help during our stay to make it great.

Das Ferienhaus le Regard in La Cadière d'Azur bietet alles, was von einem erstklassigen Resort verlangt wird. Die Villa ist geräumig, sehr gut eingerichtet, bietet einen einmaligen, phantastischen Ausblick auf das Meer und verfügt über viele weitere Annehmlichkeiten, wie Pool, Whirlpool, Liegeplätze, Bibliothek, Tischtennis und Liegeplätze. Die Küche ist hervorragend eingerichtet, das Esszimmer, wie auch die Terrasse bieten locker für 12 Personen genügend Raum und laden zum Wohlbefinden ein. Vom Haus aus sind schöne Spaziergänge machbar, wie auch in der näheren Umgebung am Meer oder in den Calangues bei Cassis. Der Golfplatz von Fregatte ist mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten erreichbar, ebenso die ausgezeichnete Bäckerei Simone, und das Einkaufszentrum (Carrefour). Alles in Allem ein sehr schöner Ort, mit einer zuvorkommenden und lieben Gastgeberin. Herzlichen Dank Tatjana für diesen einmaligen Aufenthalt.
