Luxueuse villa, picine chauffée, climatisation, vue mer panoramique

This house was nothing less than amazing! It had all we needed for a vacation in the south of France. The house was clean and cool inside, spacious rooms, beautiful interior, great pool, amazing view, and we could go on and on. It really made our vacation that extra special. Birgit the host was really lovely too and very warm and welcoming! We had a good time with the house as our base, and can warmly recommend it to others. We'll be back another time for sure :-) If we have to point out one thing to be improved, it would be the internet speed, which was very slow. But as we were informed, that is being worked on ;-)

We had a wonderful holiday! Villa perfect for two families w two bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs. communication with the owner and the manager was excellent and we had a very warm welcome, incl some food and drinks supplied upon our arrival - highly appreciated. Table tennis and mats for the beach as well as bikes were available as well as extra fridge in the basement. The pool is big and view from terrace, pool and house is just amazing. We definitely recommend this place and owner!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Das Wetter war für die Jahreszeit ausgezeichnet. Es gab sehr viele sonnige Tage mit sommerlichen, angenehmen Temperaturen. Gefühlter Sommeranfang. Die Temperatur und Benutzung des Pools war sehr angenehm. Die Benutzung der Villa ist nicht nur für einen tollen Urlaub in einer landschaftlich sehr schönen und interessanten Umgebung sondern auch für Meetings, Arbeitstreffen und Diskussionsrunden sehr gut geeignet und förderte hierdurch den Zusammenhalt und die Zusammenarbeit in unserer Gruppe was für die erfolgreiche Entwicklung und Durchführung von gemeinsamen Projekten und den Lehrveranstaltungen sehr nützlich war.

Die Villa hat eine tolle Lage, ist sehr gepflegt und man genießt hier einen sehr schöner Ausblick, auch beim Baden im Pool, insbesondere beim Sonnen Auf- und Sonnenuntergang. Seitens der Architektur und der Inneneinrichtung ist die gesamte Anlage hervorragend konzipiert mit tollen Gemeinschaftsräumen sowie individuellen Zimmern. Badestrände und sehr gute Gastronomie und Cafés sind in der Nähe, Nizza sowie Saint Tropez sind gut zu erreichen.

A lovely villa. Clean, comfortable and friendly check in. Very well equipped kitchen. The view is breathtaking. Take a laptop if you want to watch something that needs downloading. Very dog friendly with fenced garden. Everything is provided, extra blankets, ping pong, bicycles, dads, loo rolls, washing up liquid, really all you could want. We had two 20 year olds with us and they really enjoyed the boat daytrip we organised and the local market. Recommended.

The stay was amazing! The house offers a lot of living space and is designed beautifully. I loved swimming in the pool and sitting on the terrace. From the terrace you have an amazing view and also while cooking you can see the ocean. The house was very clean and we felt at home right away. I definetly want to come again!

We were pleasantly Surprised by the accommodation and fabulous views from virtually most of the villa looking down the hill top to the sea. The property was very well appointed and the owner had taken time to include everything into the property that you may require for your stay. The pool was a good size and very clean with almost a infinity outlook.

This is really a great house. It was spotless and everything you can think of (Wii, tabel tennis table, huge TV and Blue ray recorder etc). Also more kitchen equipment than we have at home. Still, the big draw for us were the pool and the views. The pool was even a bit bigger (and warmer!) than we expected and the view of the sea was great. Also, Birgit Barth was very nice to us, told us everything we had to know. We will be back!
