Wonderful holiday and villa!Our family loved the villa and everything about it.From superb and responsive hosts (thanks Julie and Ian!) through to a clean and well appointed villa- it was a brilliant holiday.Thanks for making it such a wonderful time and we’d have no hesitation recommending to anyone!

We had a wonderful week here. Check-in and check-out facilitated by Julie were smooth, informative and efficient. The villa is in a beautiful and calm area of Fitou. The villa is in exceptional condition with plenty of space and high level facilities. Living and bedroom areas are well furnished and very comfortable. Pool is well maintained as well as the outdoor areas.Could not recommend this property highly enough; cannot wait to return!!

The owners were very generous with their time ahead of the booking, answering our questions and being flexible around our dates and needs.The check in and out process were very easy, property manager is lovely, as is her husband who popped in one arranged morning to clean the pool. They were very generous with their local information.Daughter (4) kept getting lost the property was so big, a toilet for everyone! The layout worked really well for a family stay and the outdoor seating including shaded areas was perfect. Highlight though was the heated pool and all the pool toys. The infant flotation device was an unexpected highlight - kids only got out the water to eat and sleep. The place had everything we needed for the kids, bed guards, high chair, pool toys.Sadly the most immediate restaurant had shut down and the Spa supermarket was useless but everything is within a sensible drove

Fitou is a lovely town with very good links to the surrounding area and beyond. This Villa has all you need as a comfortable, clean and very well equipped base for exploration or just lazy days by the pool. The local hosts Ian and Julie looked after us very well and commucation with the owner Julie was excellent throughout. Highly recommended!

This villa is set in such a beautiful location. A quiet little village and set back well from any road. All the rooms were nice and large with plenty of wardrobe space. It had all the things we needed for our stay. Both Julie the host and Julie the manager answered any questions we had very efficiently. The pool was amazing and regularly cleaned by Ian, he was friendly and had lots of tips and advice for the area. There are shutters on the doors in the bedrooms which make it nice and dark for sleeping. The balcony has stunning views. Loved being able to see the castle from the upstairs main room. (Didn’t get round to visiting) There is a small Spar (quite expensive) in the village for top up shopping, a small Carefoir about 15 mins away open 7 days a week, and big Carefour about 25 minutes away. We didn’t visit any of the restaurants in the village, as we enjoyed the space outside to eat at the villa and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking any meals as well as a BBQ outside. We did have pizzas and burgers from Anamandine in fitou which were really good. We were a party of 4 adults and 4 teens. Ideal size and could easily accommodate more.

The house is really well located in the hills around Fitou, a short drive from the beaches. It is large, modern and as photographed. The gas BBQ also added to the ease of our holiday. The owners were extremely helpful as we were travelling in July during the Coronavirus - they worked with us making changes to the book and offering us options. All in all, one of the best places we've stayed in France - quiet, clean, spacious, good pool. sunny and a great location - perfect for a family break.

We had a splendid vacation at this lovely, well-appointed villa. The pool and garden were wonderful and we appreciated the spacious layout and easy indoor-outdoor living. The location is very good, within easy reach by car of beaches, vineyards, medieval towns, castles and abbeys. Lots to see and do - and the house is also perfect for doing nothing and just relaxing!

Very comfortable and well equipped. The pool was nice and kept at a pleasant temp . Very convenient for day trips to surrounding cities and places of interest..We loved everything about the villa and had a wonderful vacation .Thank You Julie for the opportunity to spend time in you lovely home also Ian for answering all our questions.
