Luxurious 140m2 apartment, terrace, garden, beach at 100m, renovated by architect

Le vélo et le bateau comme seuls moyens de locomotion pour découvrir des plages et des forêts magnifiques, une ville grandement préservée du béton où il fait bon vivre, en ayant pour base une très belle maison du 19eme parfaitement restaurée à deux pas de la plage et des pistes cyclables. On reviendra.

Très belle maison lumineuse très bien rénovée tout en ayant gardé son cachet d’origine. Lcalisation parfaite pour tout faire à pied (centre ville/plage) ou en bus si on le souhaite. Communication avec la propriétaire et l’intendante facile et agréable. Équipement très complet permettant un séjour agréable comme chez soi. Places de parking. À revenir dans le coin nous reprendrions volontiers le même logement.

Ce grand appartement magnifiquement décoré, très bien situé et très confortable a permis à chacun de passer une excellente semaine malgré un temps pas toujours très beau.

We loved the light in the appartement, the huge terrace with very comfy Bain soleil chairs for dosing or reading. The view from the terrace across trees and blue sky. The beach at the bottom of a short road. The market and town centre a short walk away, along the pleasant sea front if you choose. The owner most attentive and the entry/exit agent on the job. A beautiful appartement we would recommend to anyone, we would certainly book again ! Thank you Caroline Roux...

A stunningly decorated apartment with a large balcony overlooking the surrounding gardens. Very high ceiling high in the three main rooms contributes to the special atmosphere of this apartment. The two sleeping “lofts” have a much lower ceiling height, probably not suited for grownups, but perfect for kids. Well equipped kitchen. Walking distance to the beach a few minutes and to walk to the downtown area takes around 15 minutes. Recommended stay if you care about interior decoration.

We had a delightful week at this well-located, spacious and well-appointed apartment in Arcachon. As a group – 4 adults and one child – the apartment provided all that we could need both in terms of amenities and access to the surrounding attractions. The owner was a delight to work with and the local agent was supportive and flexible. The apartment is tastefully decorated and it is clear that the owner has spent a huge amount of time thinking through the layout, design and furnishings. A firm recommendation for anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable apartment in Arcachon with plenty of space.

We had a very nice and very pleasant stay. It does not happen every day that you get to spend your holidays in a 19th century apartment with two smart tvs, DVD player and a very well equipped kitchen, complete with Nespresso machine. We also found Arcachon to be a unique holiday resort that definitely deserves a visit. We don't give 5 stars to the apartment because the exterior of the villa and the garden are in dire need of a restoration.

The apartment is stylish, beautifully decorated and furnished, with a particularly well equipped kitchen and a wonderful long terrace which runs the length of the house and enjoys sun all day long. The terrace offers a large outdoor grill and is a lovely place to spend a family evening of cooking and chatting. The location is just far enough from the town centre to be peaceful and relaxing, but close enough to shops that we did not use our car at all during the whole stay, but walked to the market each day to buy fresh fish and groceries, and of course great bread from the nearby boulangerie. The beautiful long sandy beach of Arcachon is within a minute or two from the apartment, and even in August there was plenty of space available. All in all, a perfect venue for a peaceful and fun family holiday. We had the best time. Thoroughly, unreservedly recommended.
